Ms. Marsang is an Attorney at Law with over 25 years professional experience in corporate, finance, securities and business law. She was the General Counsel for Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago, one of the world’s largest producers of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). She has practiced as Consultant with one of the country’s leading legal firms and served previously as the in-house attorney at Citibank in Trinidad and Tobago for over 13 years. Her concentrated experience in banking and finance has placed Ms. Marsang among the country’s most recognized experts in financial documentation. She holds an LL.B. from the University of the West Indies and an LEC from Hugh Wooding Law School.
