Sean initially joined Bourse in 2016 as an Investment Associate in the stockbroking department and he is now actively involved in managing institutional sales for the firm. He has over eight years of experience in the financial services industry and has been a registered Trader with the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission for over six years.
He has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies and is pursuing a Masters degree in the foreseeable future.
Gary joined Bourse in January 2016 as the Sales & Marketing Manager, with responsibility for enhancing and improving the company’s sales efforts, particularly with individual investors.
He has a B. Sc. in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, and has brought with him a wealth of experience from a number of different industries, including almost 15 years in the Banking industry, where he worked in the areas of Risk Management, Corporate Credit, E-Banking & Marketing.
Mr. Ramkhelawan is the founder and Managing Director of Bourse Securities Limited. He has served as Director on several boards in Trinidad and Tobago as well as across the Caribbean.
He is a former Chairman and current Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE). Over the period 2007-2014 Mr. Ramkhelawan has also served in public office as an independent Senator in the Parliament of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and as member of the country’s Integrity Commission during 2000-2003. He holds a B.Sc. in Management at the University of the West Indies and an MBA (1983) at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Ingrid Lashley is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Finance Company Limited.
Prior to joining TTMF, Ingrid spent eighteen years at Scotiabank in various senior positions in financial control, mortgages, private banking, trusteeships and merchant banking. Her tenure included assignments in Toronto, Bahamas and the Cayman Islands. As General Manager of Scotiatrust and Merchant Bank Trinidad and Tobago Limited, Ingrid introduced foreign investment products to the Bank’s customers in Trinidad and Tobago and initiated its prominence in the mortgage market.
Ms Lashley is the holder of an MBA in Accounting and Finance from McGill University in Montreal Canada and also carries the Canadian designations of Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant. Ms Lashley is a registered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago and is a member of the Quality Assurance Committee. Ingrid serves on several boards in the public and private sectors.
Mr. Rahaman is the CEO of the RAMCO Group of Companies, a family owned business which operates the largest LPG and industrial gas distribution companies across Trinidad and Tobago as well as Jamaica. He serves on a number of boards across the Caribbean and is Honorary Consul of Bangladesh in Trinidad and Tobago. Previously a Manager with the Latin American Banking Group of Citibank, Mr. Rahaman was responsible for project analysis and financing in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Chile for over two years. He obtained a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering at the University of London in 1986 with First Class Honors, an M.Sc. at the School of Civil Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the M.Sc. in Management in 1989 at the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
Ms. Marsang is an Attorney at Law with over 25 years professional experience in corporate, finance, securities and business law. She was the General Counsel for Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago, one of the world’s largest producers of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). She has practiced as Consultant with one of the country’s leading legal firms and served previously as the in-house attorney at Citibank in Trinidad and Tobago for over 13 years. Her concentrated experience in banking and finance has placed Ms. Marsang among the country’s most recognized experts in financial documentation. She holds an LL.B. from the University of the West Indies and an LEC from Hugh Wooding Law School.
Donavan Mullings joined the Bourse team in March 1997 as Investment Manager, bringing with him a wealth of treasury and investment experience.
In 1984, after having qualified as a Chartered Secretary (ACIS) in the Financial Administration Stream, on his return Donavan assumed the position of Treasurer and Financial Planning Officer at one of the local Banks in Trinidad & Tobago.
Donavan’s skills and knowledge were further enhanced through successfully completing the three-year programme with the prestigious and internationally renowned American Bankers Association – Stonier Graduate School of Banking. This programme covered wide-ranging areas relating to the overall financial management of banks including treasury risk assessment and performance measurement.
In 1991 he joined Neal & Massy Holdings as their Financial Analyst. Subsequently, Donavan spent a year and a half at Trinidad’s first listed oil company, Mora Oil Ventures Limited as Chief Financial Officer before joining Bourse.
Sarodh Ramkhelawan is the Chief Investment Officer at Bourse Securities Limited. Having initially joined the firm in 2007 as Investment Analyst, he is now actively involved in the areas of Portfolio Management, Treasury & Risk Management, Product Development and Proprietary Trading Strategies.
Sarodh has completed a B.Sc. in Management Studies at the University of the West Indies (2007), is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation having qualified in 2011 and successfully completed the MBA program at New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, with specializations in Corporate Finance, Banking and Financial Instruments & Markets (2013).
He also serves as a Director on the Board of the Trinidad & Tobago Central Securities Depository, is currently Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee of the Securities Dealers Association of Trinidad & Tobago (SDATT) and previously held the position of Vice President of SDATT.
Anthony Wong is an experienced IT professional, with a career span of over 30 years within the financial services industry in Trinidad and Tobago. He is the holder of an MBA in General Management and a Diploma in Management from the Henley Management College, London. He is also the holder of a post graduate diploma from the ABA’s Graduate School of Bankcard Management – University of Oklahoma, USA. Mr. Wong has served as a member of the RBL Group’s Executive Leadership for over 12 years.
He commenced his professional career in 1990 working directly with the RBL Team involved with the implementation of credit card operations within Trinidad and Tobago. He continued to provide over the years valuable support and technical expertise to RBL until his retirement in 2018. Mr. Wong currently provides consultancy services related to card payment business, digital banking and end to end ICT implementation and business transformation to various private and public sector companies. He has extensive experience in Electronic Payment Systems, IT Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity and IT Operations within the financial services.
Mrs. Rehana Mohammed is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), she is also the holder of a MSc. Finance and Islamic Banking from the University of Wales U.K. and a Diploma in Management Studies – University of Reading, UK. Rehana has over 25 years experience in Finance and Banking Operations with extensive experience in Financial and Management Accounting, Strategic Planning, Regulatory and Statutory Reporting, Risk Management and Implementation of Financial Applications. She joined Bourse Securities Limited as the Manager Financial Control and has previously held senior executive positions at Financial Institutions in Trinidad and Tobago as well as she has provided consultancy services both in the UK and Trinidad and Tobago. Rehana has served as chair of Asset/ Liability Committee, IT Steering Committee and as a member of Investment, New Product and Operational Risk Management Committees. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Trinidad and Tobago (CA).
Shaarda Maharaj has over 10 years Human Resources experience, 8 of which have been in a leadership role. Shaarda is a Human Resources Generalist with a strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, leadership and employee development, training, compensation and benefits. Her career spans both the public and private sectors.
Shaarda is responsible for the overall management and implementation of human resources programs, policies and procedures at Bourse. She is instrumental in leading Human Resources to be a strategic business partner at Bourse.
Shaarda has post graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management, professional certification in various types on psychometric assessments and she is currently completing an MBA.
Shaarda is a member of HRMATT and SHRM.
Madree has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, 7 years in a managerial capacity. She specializes in the area of investment research and portfolio management with a focus on equites, both local and international. Madree is a registered Stockbroker with the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission for over 5 years. She has also has regulatory experience, having worked at the Trinidad and Tobago Exchange Limited for one year.
She has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and Masters in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University.
Aleema Mohammed initially joined the Bourse team in 2008 in the role of Accounting Officer. She has since become an integral part of the Compliance and Risk Management team, leading these areas to ensure compliance risk is proactively identified and managed effectively to meet heightened regulatory expectations. She continues to steer the course for Corporate Governance best practice within the Bourse Group.
Aleema has over 10 years’ experience in the AML/CFT and regulatory areas with extensive knowledge of the Securities regulatory landscape.
Aleema is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA) and has been a member of the Association of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) since 2012.
Rampersad Motilal brings over forty (40) years working experience in the energy industry, in senior management and leadership positions. He served for sixteen (16) years as the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Methanol Holdings (Trinidad) Limited (MHTL) and its predecessor companies, the Trinidad and Tobago Methanol Company Limited (TTMC), the Caribbean Methanol Company Limited (CMC) and the Methanol IV Company Limited (MIV). He was deeply involved in the establishment of the Oman Methanol Plant located in Oman. He also served on the boards of various local companies and international organizations in energy, education and business, including as President of the South Trinidad Chamber of Industry and Commerce (now the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago), and as a founding member and Director of the National Energy Skills Centre (NESC).
In 2007, Rampersad was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering and Entrepreneurship by the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT). He earned a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the prestigious International School of Management (ISM), Paris, France in 2018. Rampersad also holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration, with distinction, from the Institute of Business, University of the West Indies (UWI). In addition, he holds an M.Sc. in Production and Engineering Management and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, both from UWI.
Dr. Motilal currently undertakes special assignments as an independent business and financial consultant from local and international clients.
Rhonda joined Bourse in October 2021 as the Senior Manager, Accounting & Financial Control, She is responsible for and provides oversight of the accounting and financial control functions including planning and budgeting.
Rhonda has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services and insurance industry with 13 years in a leadership capacity.
Rhonda is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA) and a holder of the LLB degree from the University of London.
Joseann Joseph Peters is the most recent addition to the Bourse Management Team. A Human Resources Professional with over ten (10) years of experience within the industry, both in the public and private sectors. A results focused leader with a passion for people development. Experience spanning all areas of Human Resources, including talent engagement, strategy, rewards, performance management, employee wellness and safety, and training.
Holder of a B.Sc. in Management with a concentration in HR, a Diploma in Labour Law and an MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Anne-Marie James is an experienced financial professional, with a career span of over 34 years within the private sector and the financial services industry in Trinidad and Tobago. She is a Fellow of the U.K. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A.) and a Member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT), with over 30 years’ progressive experience at an Executive/ Senior level in the financial services industry of Trinidad and Tobago.
She commenced her professional career in external audit with one of the Big Four Firms, before moving to the financial services industry where she worked in the banking sector with organizations including Republic Bank Limited and Bank of Commerce Limited.
Her professional background includes external audit, broad management experience in the planning, management and execution of diverse finance functions, compliance and corporate governance, and investment management, as well as over 14 years operating experience within a diversified international investment management environment.
