Mr. Rahaman is the CEO of the RAMCO Group of Companies, a family owned business which operates the largest LPG and industrial gas distribution companies across Trinidad and Tobago as well as Jamaica. He serves on a number of boards across the Caribbean and is Honorary Consul of Bangladesh in Trinidad and Tobago. Previously a Manager with the Latin American Banking Group of Citibank, Mr. Rahaman was responsible for project analysis and financing in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Chile for over two years. He obtained a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering at the University of London in 1986 with First Class Honors, an M.Sc. at the School of Civil Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the M.Sc. in Management in 1989 at the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
